The Plague:
"typographic poster representing COVID 19”
Sa’d reported:
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If you hear of a plague in a land, then do not go into it. If it happens in a land where you are, then do not go out of it.”
Despite its chaos and unpredictability, it still has a charm of order; this ties in with the order illustrated in the geometric artistry used to pattern the poster. The green and blue colours are to represent life on earth. Also, the tones of green and blue are soft to symbolize the soft-spoken words of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. The prayer mat layout stands for what differentiates Muslims from everyone. Muslims pray on a mat five times a day, and it is where they seek tranquillity and guidance in times of distress. It is a human instinctive reaction to the pandemic to panic and travel home despite the negative impacts of these reactions. The prayer mat is what Muslims rely on for guidance and safety. Thus, the following quote builds our faith in the words of the Prophet Muhammad.
