Working in pairs, we were asked to create a series of three photographic posters that share a graphic system/convention and revolve around a ‘moment in time. Our idea was to document sunsets in three different places and record sound and colour frequencies. We chose to do our posters in a Polaroid form as they capture the central part of a memory and make people step back and think about what they aim to capture. With digital, it is easy to shoot so many frames in a short amount of time without taking the time to think through posing and emotion.
