“Take a long pause, breathe, and know that things are happening for you, not to you.”
— Ashton Kutcher
Pause is an online website that highlights the struggles of international hybrid workers by providing them intermediate breaks fitting to their work schedule. It consists of various activities such as playing online games to help alleviate stress, joining random study groups to socialize and having a timed power nap to give yourself a break and recharge.

“online website for international hybrid workers”
Our target audience is international hybrid workers who work remotely from home on a full-time basis in different time zones. We aim to provide them with a stress-relieving website that will change their way of having a regular break within their meetings.
The letter “U” in the word pause is cut in half to express the sense of taking a break and feeling content which explains our logo’s purpose. We strive to keep our users motivated, appreciated for their hard work, and driven to fulfil their goals.
This project was a group work of three people where we designed a website for RSA, the royal society for arts, manufacturing and commerce. RSA is a competition committed to a future that works for everyone. A future where all participate in creative creations. The RSA has been at the forefront of significant social impact for over 260 years. Their proven change process, rigorous research, innovative ideas platforms and diverse global community of over 30,000 problem-solvers deliver solutions for lasting change.
